You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. No reasons are required to be given.

The withdrawal does not need to follow any particular form. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to the Bestattungsmuseum at the Vienna Central Cemetery - Simmeringer Hauptstrasse 339, 1110 Wien, Attn: Returns, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

For international returns, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This also applies if the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned normally by post. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you have expressly requested that the provision of services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Please note that the German version of this cancellation policy is legally binding as the English version has been created using a translator.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf von diesem Vertrag bei uns eingegangen ist. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden.

Sie tragen, bei Auslandssendungen, die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren. Dies gilt auch, wenn Waren aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit nicht normal mit der Post zurückgesendet werden können. Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

Haben Sie ausdrücklich erklärt, dass Dienstleistungen während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen sollen, so haben Sie den Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zum Widerrufszeitpunkt bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.
