Cancellation policy for products of the shop

Products (movable property): 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order which is delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. It is not necessary to give reasons.

The revocation is not bound to any particular form. In order for you to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to submit the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation: 

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract to the

Subject: Return or hand over the goods.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the case of foreign shipments. This also applies if goods cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods that are not necessary for testing the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods. 

If you have expressly stated that services are to commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay the amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided by the date of withdrawal compared with the total amount of services provided for in the contract.
