Ordering and payment

Which products can I order in the webshop?

The webshop of the Funeral Museum at Vienna Central Cemetery offers a wide variety of products such as Cemetery, hearse and much more made with LEGO ® components, lighters of the Funeral Vienna and cemetery honey. 

How can I order a product from the webshop of the Funeral Museum at Vienna Central Cemetery? 

You can easily order around the clock from the webshop of the Funeral Museum. Please note that the minimum age is 16 years. When you open a customer account, you can quickly purchase your selected products. By logging on to your personal account, you will find an overview of your previous orders in your personal area of the webshop. If you do not wish to register immediately, orders can be placed without creating a customer account. 

Which payment options are available to me in the webshop? 

You can pay conveniently and securely by instant bank transfer, Paypal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). 

Can I cancel my order? 

If you want to cancel your order, you have the following options:

  • Return the received goods using the return form. Fill in the cancellation form and send it by e-mail to webshop@bfwien.at or by post within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
  • You can contact us via contact form or e-mail (webshop@bfwien.at). Please have your order number ready. The staff of the Funeral Museum will inform you about the next steps.

 

Are the prices listed in the webshop inclusive of VAT? 

All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT. On your invoice the value-added tax will be shown separately.

Shipping and delivery 

Which parcel delivery service will deliver my order?

Orders from the webshop are delivered by Österreichische Post AG.

How long does it take until my order arrives? 

Usually, parcels are delivered to the address you provide within 1-2 working days. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel has left the warehouse and then can track the shipment from that point on.

Where can I have my order delivered?

Shipping is possible throughout Austria and Germany. 

What are the shipping costs of the delivery?

The shipping costs are EUR 4.90 in Austria. Separate rates apply to Germany. From an order value of EUR 150,- you can order free of shipping costs.

How do I proceed if I receive the goods already damaged?

Please check your order immediately after receipt. If the items are damaged, please fill out the return form immediately and return the package or the damaged items. The corresponding amount will be credited to your account.

What does it cost to return an order?

You can return any ordered items within 14 working days free of charge (within Germany) using the return form.

Returns and refunds

How can I return a product? 

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return the package or items to us within 14 working days free of charge (within the country). Please use the return form provided for this purpose and make sure that the product is returned unused/ undamaged and complete. 

Can I return a product on-site at the Funeral Museum at Vienna Central Cemetery?

This is possible during opening hours within 14 days after receipt of the goods. However, cash payments at the museum are not possible. 

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please use the return form and send the item back to us within 14 working days. The Funeral Museum will arrange for a credit note to be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned items. Meanwhile, you can place a new order in the webshop.
